Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager role is responsible for actively managing and maintaining a strong level of satisfaction among key clients within Financing & Securities Services globally. The job holder will understand client requirements and ensure they are delivered consistently to a high standard. They will also interact with other Business Account Managers regionally to exchange ideas and maintain uniformity across regions.

• Extensive end to end knowledge of Financing & Securities Services within Financial Markets
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot cross sell opportunities
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Strong ability to manage and effectively influence multiple stakeholders
• Strong programme management skills, attention to detail and diligence in execution
