Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to Wealth and Retail Banking Singapore, covering Retail Banking products, Wealth Management and related segments, to advance the WRB strategic agenda. The successful candidate will manage legal and regulatory risks, oversee quality and costs of external legal services, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Law degree from a reputable common law jurisdiction
• Singapore qualified lawyer with 4+ years' post-qualification experience
• No preference for either litigation or corporate backgrounds, but experience in wealth management or banking products, and banking and financial advisory regulations would be a plus
