Job Description
The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice on general banking and structured trade finance transactions, review and draft documentation, and provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and governance matters.
Requirements
- Experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation for general banking and structured trade finance transactions.
- Good understanding of general banking and trade related financing issues.
- Experience in cross border finance transaction.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong English language drafting skills.
- Willingness to adopt and leverage AI tool to enhance productivity and continuous learning
- English language written and spoken fluency
