Job Description
Lead team to support HK portfolio client's voice / non voice inquiry handling within agreed service level, implement a centralized service model for Paytech and Network clients, and develop talent for successor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Fluent language in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- More than 5 years' experience in banking call centre will be preferred
