Job Description
The Manager, Cash Client Services will lead a team to support HK portfolio client’s voice / non voice inquiry handling within agreed service level, and will be responsible for embedding the Group’s brand and values in HK Cash Client Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Fluent language in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- More than 5 years’ experience in banking call centre will be preferred
