Job Description
Perform input and maintenance of limits in various TP systems, deliver excellent service against agreed service standards, and drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Develop and maintain rapport with business stakeholders, provide insight and suggestions to improve processes, and undertake ad-hoc duties. Act as a service partner to solve issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic product & process knowledge
- Banking operations experience and service-oriented attitude
