We are looking for an Officer/Analyst to join our team in Tianjin, CN. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed in accordance with operational guidelines, maintaining customer service quality levels, and reporting irregular issues and potential risks to team supervisors. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on strategy, business processes, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role
- Ensure all the transactions that processed are met the banks laid down operational guidelines
- Accurately and timely process case to maintain customer service quality level
- Keep all log sheets and reports clear and up to date
- Ensure to report team supervisor all irregular issues and potential risks at the first time
- Ensure the efficient communication with team members, swift response, and no pending cases from self
- Ensure the efficient communication with all parties
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
