The Officer/Analyst will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining customer service quality, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. The role will also involve communication with team members and external parties, as well as identifying and resolving risks and conduct matters.
Requirements
- Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role
- Ensure all transactions processed meet the banks laid down operational guidelines
- Accurately and timely process case to maintain customer service quality level
- Keep all log sheets and reports clear and up to date
- Ensure to report team supervisor all irregular issues and potential risks at the first time
- Ensure the efficient communication with team members, swift response, and no pending cases from self
- Ensure the efficient communication with all parties
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank
