The Product Owner for Markets Trade Lifecycle is responsible for setting the product vision, operating standards, design principles, and mobilization of Product Owners and scrum teams to deliver against the overall product vision.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in product owner role or equivalent role in the industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products and e2e lifecycle activities and controls
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Technical skills and awareness of SCB system stack and architecture
- In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Be detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills
- Highly inquisitive with an ability to flex approach for different audiences and situations
- Ability to learn is essential – being able to understand the impact across the narrative of the Bank with each new regulation, and strategic decision among others
