Job Description
This role will support the organization's regulatory conduct risk by overseeing governance processes, regulatory horizon scanning, and policy management. The role ensures that emerging regulatory requirements are identified, assessed, and effectively embedded into business practices, while maintaining strong governance standards and clear policy frameworks.
Requirements
- Support country teams
- Monitor and assess regulatory developments
- Develop and review internal policies and standards
- Manage policy governance lifecycle
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior management and regulators
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Business teams
- Build effective relationships with senior executives and external regulators
