Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for operations functions
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across functions
• Champion and manage significant transformation projects
• Apply profound understanding of diverse banking operations
• Act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Leverage strong theoretical and practical understanding of ETL processes
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and insightful dashboards and reports
• Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
