The Senior Manager will support to deliver high-quality data reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, designing, and improving reporting frameworks, and managing a team of analysts to drive business performance through actionable insights.
Requirements
- Oversee data collection, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure, pipelines, and storage solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for senior management and stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
- Drive a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of data analytics in business decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting analysts and data specialists.
- Allocate resources and prioritize reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and analytics methodologies.
- Continuously refine reporting frameworks and processes to enhance business intelligence delivery.
