Senior Manager, Planning & Business Performance

As a member of the professional services team, the individual actively supports senior leadership(s) by delivering strategic insights, business planning, and essential assistance within their assigned business function(s).

Requirements

• Be Business-Savvy – understand the overall business strategy and plans, globally and in-country
• Good level of understanding of operations and technology
• Ability to work within a multi-function, multi-discipline team environment with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills in a highly collaborative manner
• Results driven with strategic qualities with ability to demonstrate track-record in a dynamic environment and manage multiple deadlines (effectively prioritise)
• High degree of responsibility and integrity
• Relevant managerial experience
• Excellent communication capability
• Gravitas to manage senior stakeholders
• Change agent
