We are seeking a Senior Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and working alongside business users and technology teams in a multinational organization. The role will involve managing cross-border and multiple nationalities/cultures. Key responsibilities include identifying key issues, putting in place appropriate controls and measures, and providing insightful trends and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Good understanding and experience with key Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes related to CCIB segment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message and updates to various level of users and stakeholders
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams/functions
- Ability to create meaningful MI and dashboards providing insightful trends and updates to various stakeholders on a regular basis
- Familiarity in internal bank applications such as SCI, eCDD+, Workbench, CreditMate etc.
- Strong track record of supporting and working alongside front-office/middle office staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
