We're looking for a Specialist, Cyber Threat Response to lead and coordinate the response to complex and critical cyber security incidents, including identification, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with incidents related to advanced persistent threats (APT) and nation-state actors, familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial industry, and knowledge of scripting and automation tools to enhance incident response processes.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate the response to complex and critical cyber security incidents
- Act as the primary point of contact for major/critical incidents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of major incidents on business operations
- Establish and lead war room activities during major incidents
- Prepare and deliver incident reports
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior incident responders and other team members
- Handle escalated security incident investigation and response from Cyber Threat Response Tier-1
- Oversight on security incident response activities performed by Cyber Threat Response Tier-1
- Be responsible for all stages of the incident response process
- Proactive service improvements of monitoring & response playbooks
- Keep abreast on latest cyber security threats and vulnerabilities
- Validates and evergreen the cyber security incident response plans, playbooks and other relevant Standard Operating Procedures
