Job Description
The Specialist Fiduciary & Fund Servs will be responsible for managing the operations of Fund Services Processes, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers, and meeting objectives set by the Group. The role will also involve assisting the Line Manager in achieving team service quality, delivering services and reports to Country Stakeholders/clients, and maintaining operational risk to an accepted level.
Requirements
- Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model
- Contribution to the future strategic direction and process innovation of Securities Services
- Support for the roll-out of quality management systems and other initiatives
- Assistance in managing the operations of Fund Services Processes
- Achievement of team service quality by meeting/exceeding set service standards
- Delivery of services and reports to Country Stakeholders/clients
- Maintenance of operational risk to an accepted level
