The Team Lead, Global Implementation will lead a team of Implementation Managers in Singapore, responsible for delivering Transaction Banking products and services to clients. The role involves driving strategy, business, processes, and people and talent across the team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of banking and finance industry experience
- 5+ years' experience in Client Implementation with strong delivery focus
- Has strong project management disciplines
- Knowledge in API, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Leadership skills and people management skills are a must have for the role
