Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering degree from a four-year college or university
• 3-5 years' experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Plastics design experience preferred
• Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong PC skills
• Self-motivated and ability to manage difficult situations
