Job Description
Standex International is a global industrial growth company seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs across a multi-site U.S. manufacturing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or analytical roles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with experience reconciling data and identifying discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience working in HRIS and benefits vendor platforms (Dayforce experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
