Benefits Administrator

The Scion Group is seeking an experienced Benefits & Workers Comp Administrator to join our Total Rewards team in delivering exceptional benefits and leave programs for our team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing benefits design, administration, and compliance at a national scale
• Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing leave of absence programs
• Prior experience with UKG Pro Benefits Administration/PlanSource preferred
