Requirements
- Support the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for employees across different categories and classifications.
- Gather, organize, maintain, and update candidate and employee data and records.
- Coordinate appointments for medical, psychometric, and socioeconomic assessments for selected finalist candidates.
- Build and maintain new hire files, ensuring all required documentation is complete according to the personal information checklist.
- Capture and digitize new employee information and upload records into TRESS and other applicable HR systems.
- Process new hire transactions in Workday and TRESS in accordance with company policies and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and organize required documentation for audits, including those related to tax authorities, immigration authorities, IMSS, STPS, ISO, and other compliance requirements.
- Provide general HR support for training activities, reports, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Administer employee services such as badges, transportation, cafeteria, lockers, PPE, uniforms, and related support.
- Support engagement and climate surveys, follow-up action plans, and HR reporting while maintaining compliance with ethics, conduct, and regulatory training requirements.
