Job Description
The Business Care Partner is the first point of contact for customers within the supply chain, responsible for the execution of orders and resolution of disputes. The role involves collaboration with sales teams, product knowledge, and effective communication with customers and management. The Business Care Partner will contribute to financial performance, develop client relationships, and manage the team effectively.
Requirements
- Degree level: Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Language skills: Operational English is required
- Technical skills: SAP knowledge (CFIN would be a plus), comfortable with Excel (Basic Formulas / TCD)
- Soft skills: ability to work in a team, organizational skills and diligence, ability to manage diverse tasks, excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external relations, stress resistance, customer orientation and a service mindset
