Customer Service Specialist (Business Care)

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Care Team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved.

Requirements

• Strong Dutch/French language skills along with operational English
• SAP experience (Desirable)
• PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
• Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
• Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
