As a HRIS Manager – Payroll & Time & Attendance, you'll be responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of payroll and time & attendance systems across the organization. You'll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure payroll and T&A practices support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, time & attendance systems administration, HRIS, or project management.
- Proven track record in leading strategic payroll and T&A initiatives and change management programs.
- Experience developing policies, governance frameworks, or operating principles.
- Experience with major payroll and T&A systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll fundamentals, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPP is a plus.
