The Senior Sales Engineer-Stud Welding Systems is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering profitable sales of stud welding systems, studs, and industrial fastening solutions across the West Region.
Requirements
- Achieve assigned annual revenue and SGM targets
- Promote stud welding equipment, consumables, and fastening solutions
- Manage and grow OEM, EPC, Automotive, and Industrial customer accounts
- Identify, develop, and convert new application opportunities
- Conduct weld trials, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations and successfully close orders
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Ensure timely collections and effective credit control
- Coordinate with service, inside sales, and operations teams for seamless execution
