Requirements
- Review design documents, shop drawings, and trade submittals
- Assist in Building Envelope design and construction document development
- Interface with architects, general contractors and sub-trades
- Lead meetings and document discussions
- Undertake field review of both new construction and rehabilitation projects
- Prepare site visit reports and use this database to generate Action Lists
- Undertake field testing of selected elements of building envelope assemblies
- Perform forensic analysis of building envelope failures
- Assist in field work associated with the assessment of existing buildings
- Manage and coordinate small and large projects
- Oversee and mentor junior staff on projects
- Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects
- Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets
- Participates in continuing education
