Job Description
Stantec is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects at client sites. This role involves close coordination with project managers, designers, operations, and maintenance teams, minimizing client impacts through project oversight and contract administration. The ideal candidate will build rapport with client staff and ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
- Participate in constructability reviews
- Coordinate with Public Outreach, Real Estate, Permitting, Controls, and other functions
- Oversee the issuance of all contract correspondence
- Manage the review and approval of submittals
- Coordinate field surveys
- Monitor and report progress
- Coordinate with governing agencies
- Oversee equipment testing, training, startup, closeout, and warranty tasks
- Respond to work delays and emergencies
