• Manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously
• Oversee day-to-day construction management
• Act as a liaison with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Monitor contractor schedules and address delays
• Review inspection reports, material test reports, RFIs, submittals, schedules, shop drawings, change orders, and pay applications for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate activities across disciplines and resolve project issues promptly
• Implement and enforce company, client, and project policies, procedures, best practices, standards, quality frameworks, and proper use of IP and reusable assets
• Promote and ensure adherence to company and client health and programs
• Oversee post-construction closeout
