Requirements

• Manage site construction teams and coordinate day-to-day construction activities
• Conduct constructability reviews and risk assessments
• Establish construction management framework and organizational structure
• Develop and drive safety programs, training, and policies
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Oversee quality control and assurance processes
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other project teams
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site team members
• Ensure compliance with Stantec's policies and procedures
• Support the development of future leaders through mentoring and succession planning
• Provide technical and constructability advice, analyses, designs, and plans
