Mechanical Piping designer - Energy & Resources

Stantec is looking for a Mechanical / Piping 3D Designer with expertise in Oil & GAS, Power, Food, Industrial Plant Projects based in the Pune, India office. The designer will conduct and support the delivery of complete mechanical detail design drawings.

Requirements

• Review client input and understand the scope of work
• Prepare equipment modeling, piping modeling, 3D plant layout, general arrangement drawings, and pipe support
• Have good understanding of pipe fittings, components, and pipe materials
• Be proficient in drawings extraction for isometric and layout drawings
• Knowledge of P&ID and PFDS for piping routine / modeling
• Understand end-client design and drafting systems and standards
• Coordinate with other disciplines designers and engineers
• Provide input into projects with minimal supervision
