Seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead and execute project design, building code and stamping, technical quality of project documentation, and promote innovative approaches and improve technical quality of work product.

Requirements

• Independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, adapting, and modifying standard construction components and systems
• Stamping and sealing bid documents
• Planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of professional work
• Compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements
• Mentorship and development of junior staff
• Staying informed of new developments and systems in architectural practice and design
