The Manager, Site Operations is responsible for leading and executing online merchandising and promotional initiatives, coordinating the online customer experience, and providing direction to internal team members. The position involves managing digital experiences, planning product offer strategies, and optimizing programs using site improvements and sales data.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education with focus on ecommerce or related experience.
- 3-5 years of website operations management.
- People/Team Management preferred
- Experience working in agile and design-thinking alongside UX / creative / product teams.
- Experience with collaboration tools (Eg. JIRA)
- Marketing Communications / Business Management degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of web site structure and functionality
- Experience with content management systems such as Contentful and LiveSite
- Strong understanding of ecommerce software and platforms
- Strong analytic skills using Omniture and Google analytics
