The Manager, Site Operations is responsible for leading and executing online merchandising and promotional initiatives, coordinating the online customer experience, and providing direction and leadership to internal team members. This role requires experience in website operations management, ecommerce, and marketing communications, as well as strong analytical and project management skills.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education with focus on ecommerce or related experience
- 3-5 years of website operations management experience
- People/Team Management preferred
- Experience working in agile and design-thinking alongside UX / creative / product teams
- Experience with collaboration tools (Eg. JIRA)
- Marketing Communications / Business Management degree preferred
- Working knowledge of web site structure and functionality
- Experience with content management systems such as Contentful and LiveSite
- Strong understanding of ecommerce software and platforms
- Strong analytic skills using Omniture and Google analytics
