As a retail operations supervisor, you will drive sales and operational excellence by leading by example, providing customer service, and overseeing all aspects of operational excellence in the store.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of prior experience in customer service in retail
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a supervisory role with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solid skills in prioritization, organization, and multitasking
• Strong visual merchandising skills
