As an operations detail supervisor, you will lead sales and operational excellence, oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and administrative tasks, and support training and development of associates.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of previous experience in customer service in retail
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with solid skills in priority setting, organization, and multitasking
• Strong visual merchandising skills
