Service Ontario - Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as a primary services specialist, providing customers with total services solutions. You will solve problems, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met. You will also handle escalated customer interactions and provide information and clarification on services, fees, and eligibility.

• Communicate effectively using a variety of mediums
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to effectively serve customers
• Attention to details to ensure accuracy of form completion
• Bilingualism English/French is considered an asset
