Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Managers drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store and ensure the store is ready for business. You will guide your team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative while helping your customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
• Experience managing and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
• Strong communication, organization, planning and adaptive to changing business priorities
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
