The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the assigned Chief Officer(s) and their leadership teams, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing confidential and business critical matters, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressively responsible experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, preparing executive-level communication materials, and coordinating large meetings or events
- Experience exercising sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy while managing sensitive matters
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and operate with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Completion of a College or University degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
