Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, related discipline or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of progressive combined experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or a related field
- Knowledge of talent assessment, succession planning, and high-potential development
- Knowledge of change management theories, methodologies, and tools
