Job Description
Metrolinx is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to partner with the Organizational Development and Learning team to design and deliver leadership and learning programs, develop talent strategies, and enhance employee experiences. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, thought leadership, and expertise to build a capability-based organization and reimagine how learning supports performance, career growth, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Human Resources or Organizational Development experience
- Unionized environment experience
- University degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- CHRP and CTDP designations
- Strong knowledge of capability frameworks and supporting technology ecosystems
- Talent management strategies
- Adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Learning Management System administration
- Facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Political acuity and complex organizational dynamics navigation
- Data driven mindset with experience analyzing learning and talent metrics
- Procurement and vendor management experience
