Requirements

• 1-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in corporate law, including capital markets, M&A, or listed company advisory work
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Exceptional drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
