Requirements

• 5-8 years post-qualification experience in Hong Kong capital markets
• Strong track record in IPOs, listings, and public M&A
• Sharp legal mind, excellent academic credentials, and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong client-handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions efficiently and confidently
• Proactive, resilient approach and a genuine interest in contributing to the firm's growth
