Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Senior/Managing Associate to join its Corporate Transactions team in Hong Kong, focusing on ECM, M&A, and post-listing compliance for clients in highly regulated industries.
Requirements
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE in ECM, M&A, and compliance, gained within a reputable international law firm
- Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- Ability to lead, mentor, and work independently
