Requirements
- Hong Kong-qualified lawyer
- At least 8 years' PQE
- Specialising in corporate/M&A at a top-tier law firm
- Proven track record in complex, cross-border deals
- Deep knowledge of Greater China regulations and international deal frameworks
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
