Invitations to Corporate Paralegals to join top-tier international law firms in Hong Kong, with a focus on corporate ECM, DCM, IPO, and M&A transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate ECM, DCM, IPO, and M&A transactions
- Strong research and analytical skills with law firm experience
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
