Job Description
We are looking for highly skilled Corporate Paralegal applicants to join one of our clients, primarily international law firms with a strong presence in China and the APAC market.
Requirements
- Support verification and due diligence exercises
- Attend meetings, take notes, conduct research and analyses, prepare reports
- Draft and file ancillary documents
- Liaise with client and intermediaries
- Assist with open and closing files, and other administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments
