Requirements

• Multiple entrepreneurial partners or teams with a mixed-corporate practice
• Experience in corporate work, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, listing rules advisory work, joint ventures, restructurings, and general advisory matters
• Diverse client base across the Asia region and/or beyond
• High-quality execution and cross-border collaboration
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
