Starbridge is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in Europe to help us identify, qualify, and engage world-class talent. You will play a critical role in shaping our global hiring strategy and ensuring a strong candidate experience across regions and functions.
Requirements
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English
- 3+ years experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on technical roles in high-growth startups or SaaS companies
- Demonstrated ability to independently qualify, screen, and progress candidates through hiring processes
- Experience working with EMEA talent markets, with sensitivity to local hiring norms and compliance requirements
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive communication style
- Ownership mentality: you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bias toward action
