Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying partners and delegating tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers. The incumbent models and acts in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, demonstrating competencies such as achieving results, helping others succeed, and living the company's mission and values.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in handling a team in a retail setup
• 12th / Diploma qualification
