Job Description
Shift Supervisor will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying partners and delegating tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers. The incumbent is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, acting with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of TATA Starbucks.
